As per the latest notification of the Government of India, e-commerce platforms have been allowed to deliver a wide range of products by following the due safety process and social distancing norms at every stage of delivery.
We follow the best processes to ensure safe packaging and fast delivery of all our products. Nevertheless, COVID 19 situation has affected our delivery schedules. Please check with our courier DTDC with the consignment note number to track your delivery. A link containing the consignment number will be emailed to you. Deliveries to certain pin codes are unavailable due to COVID 19. Please check with our customer service team prior to purchase.
Customers in Uttarkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and all Eastern states can expect a delivery fee charged over and above the sale price. Please check with our customer service team on 9790 214 417 for further information prior to purchase of product.
Under normal circumstances, all orders are dispatched within 1 or 2 working days to be delivered within 3-5 days. The consignment details are emailed to customers who can check the delivery status ‘online’ from our logistics partner. If for any reason delivery becomes impossible, full refund of the amount paid shall be made to the customer.
We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. We have partnered with DTDC to ensure fast and safe delivery of your orders. Before accepting delivery, please ensure that the packages are received in tamper-proof condition free from damage. We process all refund orders in the earliest possible time and the refund is made generally into the account from which payment is made. Banks may have their own processing time, which may extend upto two weeks. Please check with your account statement and write to us at email@example.com if you don’t receive refund within 15 days.
